Statement of purpose:
The Program Manager will lead complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-location projects to build out and enhance Speech Science technology. The Program Manager will also manage the design, development and adoption of world-class speech applications to automate mission-critical customer journeys with multi-modal user experiences. You will coordinate efforts of internal stakeholders (sales, pre-sales, products, application design, analytics, development, and delivery) to ensure that applications meet customer requirements and exceed self-service completion targets.
Summary of essential job functions:
·Interact with a deeply technical Speech Science team of Analytics, Statistics, Language Modeling, Text Mining and Data Sciences professionals to define and deliver cutting edge solutions.
·Cultivate solid relationships with key project stakeholders and cross-functional team leads.
·Plan and manage multiple parallel projects through the entire project lifecycle.
·Define program scope, goals and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
·Work proactively with key stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are high quality.
·Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs against technical constraints.
·Maximize resources for the greater good of the organization.
·Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
·Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders.
·Remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and have 24/7's success firmly in focus.
·Help drive continual improvement and innovation.
Minimum requirements (Education Qualification & Work Experience:
·Field of graduate education – Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Linguistics, Business or related fields
·5+ years of program/project management experience with multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects in a software development and application infrastructure environment
·Experience in IVR, Acoustic Modeling, Language Modeling, Signal Processing, Speech Recognition, Part-of-speech tagging, and/or Linguistic Corpora a plus
·Experience in a predictive technology Product organization a plus

·Proven track record of successful project delivery for large, complex projects
·Demonstrated ability to shift priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
·Excellent project management, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
·Ability to take complex and/or technical concepts and describe them in easy to understand business terminology
·Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
·MBA or other advanced degree a plus
·Experience with online, voice, speech, mobile and CRM technologies and solutions a plus
·Knowledge of sophisticated reporting and data warehousing systems a plus
·Hands-on experience in the field of Analytics, Advanced statistics, data mining and text mining a plus
