Experience: 10-12 Years

Description:

Successful candidate will work as part of the Validation software development group and drive the design and methodology for Validation software development for next generation AMD microprocessor and chipsets, in collaboration with silicon design and validation teams. The candidate would be responsible for handling a team of 8-10 engineers and provide technical mentorship in addition to managing the project deliverables. The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of microprocessor micro-architecture and should have proven skills in architecting solutions, design and development of embedded software for low-level microprocessor functionality. The candidate should have more than 10 years of experience and should possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Experience managing/leading teams is essential.

Required skills:

Extensive experience with Assembly language programming
In-depth knowledge of any Processor Micro-architecture
In-depth knowledge of UNIX/Linux Internal
In-depth knowledge of South Bridge Chipset components – USB, PCI-e, SATA
Experience in design and development of embedded systems
Experience in Processor Validation, particularly in development of low level software
10+ yrs experience, at least 2 years of experience as Lead/Architect/Technical Manager.
